At Lesinay, we take pride in the uniqueness and craftsmanship of our handmade jewelry, created using real flowers preserved in resin. Due to the custom and delicate nature of our products, our return and refund policy is designed to be fair while protecting the integrity of our offerings.

By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items under the following conditions:

Return request is made within 14 days of delivery
The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition and packaging
You contact us first at info@lesinay.com to initiate the return
You are responsible for return shipping costs

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

Custom or personalized orders
Final sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Earrings, due to hygiene reasons (if applicable)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Notify us within 3 days of receiving your order
Email info@lesinay.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage
We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund (at our discretion), once the damage is verified

5. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to order a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order once your return is processed.

7. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet shipped. After this window, the order may be processed and cannot be canceled.
